On April 22, 2009 an announcement was made regarding the merger of Primary Mortgage Corp. (PMC) with CUSO Mortgage Corp. (CUSO) which is currently scheduled to take place on August 31, 2009.  CUSO is a licensed mortgage company owned by Maine credit unions. They are the fourth largest multi-owned mortgage lending credit union service organization in the country and have been originating and servicing mortgages since 1993.

At this time, PMC is no longer accepting new applications for real estate mortgages.  If you would like to apply for a mortgage, we would encourage you to click here to apply through CUSO.

For members who currently have mortgages through PMC, you can still access your account through Mortgage eStatus on this site as you normally would.   As the merger date approaches, you will be receiving information from CUSO regarding the new name and payment address, as well as how to use their online loan servicing website.
